LT Online Store — payment done and order confirmation not received | |||||
Lt online store 1. They are not replying to the mails after the payment is done through paytm. 2. Their mails were working when the order was in cart and they were mailing me to checkout that you haven’t checked it out and now no mail after the payment is done and no customer care is picking any calls tue to lockdown. 3. I am having the paytm receipt as a proof of my payment and the mails by my side but they are not responding and site is showing the order is still in cart. I have asked please tell the status of my order i wished i have read your store reviews earlier they are very bad indeed and now i understand why. But still they are not replying. I am adding the screenshot as a payment proof o[censored]pi. Please help me and contact the company as i have asked them for refund in mails but no reply. Was this information helpful? | |||||
