I had placed an order for k7 total security dvd disc type for 1 computer 3 years on 24january 2020 and paid the require amount through debit card. The cash for delivery agency professional couriers was also paid. Till date no delivery. I spoke to the shop staff and they give vague answers that courier is no good or delivery will be made today. These people are cheaters. Kindly help.
