LTFab — so difficult to return a product | |||||
I bought a saree from ltfab online that said yellow poly silk. Order number #[protected]. When the saree came to my house, it was orange in colour. So i wanted to return it. To return it, i have to take a return slip print from the site, and then courier it myself. And the return amount will be credited to my store account so i have to use that money to buy another of ltfab saree only. The irritating part is, i paid 150 for delivery charge, now i have to pay another 100 for courier... And then again when i use my store credit, i have to pay another 150 for delivery. This is so frustrating. Without even getting a saree i had to spend 400 rupees. Amazon and myntra are much much better than ltfab interms of customer experience. Just having good sarees is not enough for an online site. You need to seriously revise your return policies and make it more customer friendly. Have you ever seen a women purchase a saree? She is never satisfied with just one choice. So you need to cater to that need of having a more easier and user friendly return policy.
