Lucknow Nagar Nigam — double billing for rs.2727/- on 08.09.2018

I inquired at your office-zone-6 about my house tax for the year 2018-19 on 08.09.2018. I was informed that there was due for year 2017-18 also totaling rs.2727/- of 2 years. Thus i paid rs.2727/- on 08.09.2018 through cheque.
Later i came to know that i had already paid bill rs.1215/- for year 2017-18 on 17.05.2017 through cheque as per receipt no.1736928.
So i submitted a complaint enclosing 6 previous years' bills by hand on 22.7.2019 requesting to adjust excess amount around rs.1512/- in next bill of year 2019-20. The excess amount has not been adjusted in bill of year 2019-20 as yet. I am getting information of current year 2019-20 bill for rs.1350/- as due amount.
Hence, you are requested to adjust excess amount in bill of current year 2019-20 so that i do not pay again.
