I want to get notice to the authority that a few neighbours in my area (191-shakti nagar, indira nagar, lucknow-U.P ) is keeping goats in residents area that too not only one or two but, 20 or more goats giving trouble to public and in unhygenicly giving risk of life to others and there chance apademic disease. Please do needful for it and do as fast as possilble.
