Lucknow Nagar Nigam — Mutilated and broken road causing wear and tear of vehicles

I already made a complain regarding bad road conditions in my locality still no development is there . I also lodged complain on pg portal and my complain was disposed to state department . This time if proper steps not taken i will sue the officer allotted to my grievance : sk jain and sk ambadkar .
