Lucknow Nagar Nigam — stray dog given birth inside house and blocked way for residents plz help

A stray black dog has given more than three babies and is sitting under my car which is parked inside my house. We are unable to get out of the house because she is very ferocious and has given birth right beside my entrance/exit gate. We request for immediate help otherwise we will be unable to leave the house. Please send help immediately. She is barking and growling every time we are trying to open our gate and leave. We are stuck so please send help asap
