Lucknow University — refund not received

Respected Sir,
My name is Divyank Dwedi. I have counselled for UP B.Ed.2018-20.
The guidelines of Lucknow University says that If the candidate will not
allotted any college then the advance college fee i.e. INR 5000 (which I have deposited online through debit card )will be Refunded in the given bank account.
So kindly resolve the issue.
