File a complaint on razorpay and cite report fraud, and use your payment ID number. My amount is being refunded now, i have received the refund reference number. If we collectively do this, it should revoke their license for future payments. And of course, spread the word about this scam everywhere on social media

Hello, I ordered from Lushburry as well.
My product hasn’t been delivered yet but I received an email saying it takes 12-15 days for them.

Hey. I have also ordered from Lushburry on 9th November but haven't received my order neither an update. I am sending them emails and messages, no response. Also the order is prepaid and I am really worried.

I had ordered on 3rd nov 2020.. it said it will be delivered in 12-15 days..it's not arrived yet..after reading these comments m convinced this is indeed a fraud website... They had adds up instagram and Facebook...I'm trying to reach them..no reply...they don't have contact number as well...mines is prepaid order as well...

I am constantly pinging them over instagram dm..have dropped 10+ mails to the support email..no revert..no cell number..M unsure whether will I get refund or not..I have reported both their Facebook and Instagram pages. And have informed people in my list about the fraud and tomorrow I am thinking of raising a cyber crime complaint against them.

Did anyone receive their order from this website? I have sent several mails and dmed them but there has been no response. How to report this to cyber crime?

I placed an order an 21st nov no response to my emails as well as chatbot. I think it is fake site

I am facing a similar issue. Order placed on 07 November and now no response.
Just raised a compliant on razor pay and requested them to revoke lush burrys license.
Hope this gets resolved.

By this we all may be able to get the refunds and complaint against the website
