Luxe, Phoenix Market City, Velachery, Chennai — Non-Refund of Movie Ticket Amount

When we book movie tickets at a reputed cinema theater like luxe we expect the experience to be enjoyable. Today 20th of October we booked 3 tickets for "Leo" 3:35 pm show which came to a total of about 660 rs. Our seats were I16, I17 and I18 in Screen 7 and the seats were tampered and torn and we were equally shocked and dissatisfied with the experience. Hope they take necessary actions to make the cinematic experience of the viewers more enjoyable. Thank you.
