[Resolved] Lybrate — money deducted from my paytm wallet, but transaction failed | |||||
I payed ₹110 to lybrate for consultation for a doctor... The fee was ₹100 along ₹10 internet handling fees.. I payed ₹110 via paytm wallet.. The amount was deducted from my paytm wallet but the lybrate app is still saying to pay money.. I have the screenshots too... Please look into my matter and help me get back my refund.. I have many compliant against this app...
First of all ...ek docter ki fees payment krne k baad unhone koi bhi treatment ni btaaya na dawa btaai...or bol diya ki ye cheej online consult se solve ni ho sakti...dr.parnav chaudhary naam unka..to sirf ye sunne k liye hmne fee pay ni ki thi ki online cheeje solve ni kr skte...
Second...ek docter ki fee pay kri pr mere account se deduct ho gye rs..pr un docter ki fee ni pay hui...
