Lybrate — product not delivered

Hi team,

I had ordered "dettol and mom kit" on 7th august 2018.
I had done the payment. But still there is no update or delivery of the order.
When it will be delivered.

Delivery date is mentioned that 19th aug but still i have not got any update from lybrate.com on my order. I have kept reminding lybrate team time and again about the delivery but everytime they are coming up with various excuses.
