Boarded bus from lucknow to jaipur. I am not able to have a proper sleep because of mosquitos in bus, feeling pathetic as the bus is not cleaned properly and the boarding point was just right beside a drain/nallah. Also the ac is not working at all, feeling suffocated.
I am a regular traveler of mr travels, my general route is from jodhpur to jaipur.
Please accept my complaint request and take some action. I need refund and would never book this bus from now onwards.
Also the official timing as mentioned online for reaching jaipur is shown between 5-6am and the bus ticket collector is saying that it will reach by 8!.. This is like being stuck in a ### bus. Worst travel experience. Was this information helpful? |
