M.S.R.T.C. — no picking up from zakat naka (bhiwandi) and durgadi (kalyan) by driver

We are doing 10-12k rupees job, how can we travel by auto on daily basis.
Very less busses pickup from zakat naka bhiwandi toward Kalyan in morning, and from Durgadi, Kalyan toward bhiwandi in evening.
There are empty busses, but driver did not stop at given above bus-stop.
Pls look at the problems and solve it.
