It was told at the time of booking the unit that m3m will pay the emi until possession but the fact is i am paying the emi and builder not bothered about it. They were suppose to transfer the amount to us so that we can pay it to bank but there crm team is not bother and even not giving resolution. I am stuck with this they are not even responding to my mail. Pls let me know where i can escalate the matter.
Pls think twice before u go with there commitment they are cheating customer. Now i continuously follow up with them and still not getting any reply..

please could you help me in knowing how I can reach the right level of person to talk to? or any medium through which your plea was listened? I am left with no other option but to reach out to consumer court.
