I have had overall bad experience with mac enterprises deccan pune. This company is a service center for various laptop vendors.
About 4 weeks ago i gave my laptop for repairs. They gave an estimate and said that the work will be completed within 5 - 6 days. I thought this is acceptable and gave them the laptop.
A week gone and there was no sign of any response from them. I later called them, they said work is in progress. 2 weeks gone and still there was no sign of work done. After about 3 weeks i finally called them again and this time they said that parts have been ordered and it will take another 8 - 10 days.
This way almost a month is gone and they are still working on it.
This also raises questions about what they were doing for so long. Only after i repeatedly followed up that they seem to have woken up to take up the job.
This is a worst service center. I suggest you give it to a nearby local laptop repair shop whom you can trust and he shall give you the repaired laptop within 4 - 5 days. These local shops have better contacts and they can procure the items fast and are they are in need for work, so they are sincere.
Big service centers operate with arrogance and ego. They feel their laptops are premium and no one else can repair them and hence they are overall lazy and lethargic. Was this information helpful? |
