Madhur Courier — complain: broken and delayed material delivered | |||||
Dear sir, This is in reference with courier we needed to send from our factory at greater noida to camco power products, raipur, chhattisgarh. I didnot find your e-mail thatswhy complaining here. We sent the material on 24 jan'2017 by air, docket no.[protected], for which we were informed that the material will get delivered the next day i. E. 25 jan. But it didnot happen so. Instead it got delivered on 27 jan, and that too, in a very bad condition, it got broken with a loss of about rs. 30, 000/-. Also, the material was very urgent thatswhy we sent it by air. We want the compensation for this heavy loss incurred. Further, i request you to not repeat such ignorance with any customer in future.
