[Resolved] Madhur Courier — Delivery of damaged parcel | |||
Parcel was booked from sagar(MP) to Fatehgarh (UP) under C/No [protected] which was delivered in damaged condition and also not delivered to the addressee. The parcel was delivered to unknown person in damaged condition. The fact was informed to the delivery boy who replied that he could not contact to the addressee due to he was not carrying his phone with him and he also accepted the fact and told the parcel was received by them also in same damaged condition . The Rep of Madhur Courier Services at sagar was also contacted on the No [protected] who assured that the matter will be resolved after Diwali. Now Mr. Chinkoo to whom i had contacted is not replying and even not picking up the phone. Kindly instruct the person for early settlement of the issue otherwise I have no option left but to move to the consumer court.
