[Resolved]  Madhur Courier — Parcel Not Delivered/ Pathetic Customer Service

My experience with this company off late has been terrible. I handed them 2 different parcels which were to be delivered in 2 different locations namely Meerut and Mujjafar nagar from Delhi. The scheduled delivery time was 2 days, however 10 days have passed and still the parcel hasn’t reached the destination.

Moreover, there are no timely updates in the tracker. And what has been the worst part is their service. They are not responding to calls, messages or WhatsApp and are completely being ignorant instead of keeping the customer informed.

This is just pathetic on their part. Strongly Recommend, not to use their services and appropriate action taken by the concerned authorities for their negligence and harassment.
