Madhur Courier — pod status & misbehave

Dear team,

My name is ruchi nayal. And i am from mhow (M. P.)

My pod number is p[protected] has been dispatched on 10th nov'17.

As per the tracking there is no updates after 11th nov.

I have called on[protected] number (Delhi) and i was not treated well. She gave me answer rudely and cut the phone. My concern is if someone is setting for assistance then she should know that how to treat your customer. And how to reply. Very disappointed.

Please update the courier tracking details so that i can track my courier without any hurdles. As it is very urgent.
