Madhur Courier — Return of consignment twice without calling contact number | |||
Hello sir, I renewed insurance policy for my car from renault dealer at indore. They booked my policy through madhur courier with my address for the last 25 years. I was shocked to learn that local representative have return the post stating that no body lives there. I asked dealer to resend with mention of mobile number so that i will guide if in confusion. To my utter surprise again it was sent back next day stating none lives there. Madhur courier did not bother to call on my number mentioned in address. On contacting mr arvind of local delivery office at city center at gwalior, i was told that it is confusion of thatipur delivery center. On contacting gwalior franchise owner mr manoj shivhare who first told me wait half an hour and later on switched off the mobile. This is total negligence and deficiency of service of highest degree and not expected from a reputed courier. Twice courier not delivered whereas i am getting 15 to 20 courier packets per month from madhur courier. It is poor service, deficiency and arrogance on behalf of franchise who failed to deliver.
