Madhur Courier — shipment not delivered to intended recipient and is being returned to booking location | |||
I booked shipment through Gwalior branch dt 23/05/19 to courier at Ahmedabad. After booking, Madhur Courier provided ref no for info to customer. Ref no P[protected] With reference to online tracking facility, it is seen that shipment reached Ahmedabad on 25/05/19. But the shipment was returned from Ahmedabad dt 25/05/19 with current location as Indore dt 27/05/19. Itended recipient did not receive the shipment and even no-communication was done by Ahmedabad courier office with the recipient, such a reputed courier service agency be so careless in delivering shipments. Further to that, I personally made efforts to contact Ahmedabad courier office dt 27/05/19, but they replied that address where shipment is supposed to be delivered, come under NO SERVICE AREA for Ahmedabad Madhur courier services. Moreover, Ahmedabad office staff submitted that they do not call the recipient also for shipnents below 7-8 kg. Such unjustified services are not at all acceptable.
