We use to book and received parcels from Madhur courier very frequently but from last month or two your services are getting worsen and your back end staff even not bothered to satisfy its regular customer. Recent case is we our party has booked 1 parcel from Delhi on 5th Jan to Bhopal (wide docket no.[protected] the parcel reached bhopal on 8th Jan afterwards no one is bothered to deliver it to customer or at least inform if its there a any reason of delay. i started calling from 10th morning as online status shown that it is out for delivery but your back ends staff were making excuses and excuses (thorough unprofessional way). at last i personally visit your hub and collected the parcel. If you seen 2 days taken from Delhi to Bhopal and 3-4 days parcel was hanging at your hub only and the height is customer has to collect it by himself.
Same is case the case of Docket No. - P[protected]. This parcel also collected by ourselves at last when no one in Madhur courier is bothered to deliver at customer end. one or two more cases happened earlier but i avoid it with the understanding that its a part of business and may happen with anyone. but now its an habit and a repeated failure at Madhur courier Bhopal. i don't know what's the issue is or it may be a cost cutting/cost saving.
just for your information we have started shifting towards Trackon.
I have written such complaints considering myself as a happier customer of Madhur courier but now no more happy with you guys and also not expecting anything/action against this complaint.
