Madurai Kamaraj University — bca degree convocation certificate not received

Hi team,

I had completed my bca lateral in 2013 from mku dde, however i haven't received degree convocation certificate.
When i visited to institute from where i completed this course that institute is not present on that mentioned below location.

Could you please help me to get degree convocation certificate on top priority or else provide me the contact details.
