Dear sir/madam, i have completed m. Phil. (Physics) from mku in year 2009 through de mode. Register no: a7a6725947. I have applied for genuineness certificate but not received my genuineness certificate till now. I applied for genuineness certificate three times. My application has been delivered on 15th june 2016, also received the memorandum o[censored]niversity and comply the curies immediately, even after continuous follow up they are not providing the status of my application every time, nobody is ready to communicate. I am contacting at - [protected] (Ext. 220) them either they put my call on hold, transferred it to some other extension or they say to call next week and this is going on since from year. So kindly help me...
