Madurai Kamaraj University — Document verification is pending on e sanad . Is urgent for me

Respected sir,
I have submitted for mea apostille through e-sanad portal by 30 September and all of necessary documents shared with nad mku team.

So far over with 120 days more than that, still my application is pending from mku.

Tried to reach them, but said like application with document verification team.
