Madurai Kamaraj University — I'm complaining about convocation certificate

I have passed my ug in april 2017, and i have cleared all the subjects without any arrears. Now iam working in reputed company in chennai they are not considering as ug because of convocation certificate and i got promotion to next level in u. S. A. For that purpose i have to submit my u. G. Convocation certificate. Please give me some details about how to get my convocation certificate as soon as possible as you can
