Madurai Kamaraj University — ma journalism and communication convocation certificate

I have completed the ma journalism and communication in may 2006. I applied degree certificate on 12 april 2018. But till date i did not receive the certificate from university. I have paid 1500/ fee through online gate way and sent all the documents, i received the acknowledgement from university. I called numerous times but the concern department not attending the phone. The person receiving the call say, please send mail. I have sent several mails, also i filled the grievance form, but there is no response. My other details,
