Madurai Kamaraj University — non receipt of final year dmc, course completion certificate and provisional degree certificate

Sir/madam, I have completed my msc mathematics from mku dde with ahmedabad and lucknow centres with enrolment no.17cs[protected]. I have got my first year dmc from ahmedabad centre itself. I also have got my final year online result for the exam conducted in november 2018 at lucknow centre. I couldn't get my final year dmc, course completion certificate and provisional degree certificate since then. The response from the co-ordination centre lucknow is not fruitful at all.
