I (BANDARU SRINIVASARAO, S/o. GHORACK SASTRY) Enrollment No:[protected] / DDE/O.S./Adm/1996-97. Submitting my requisition for issue of ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE (M.A., 2 years Post-Graduation Course). I passed the above said P.G. in April, 1999 through Vijayawada Study Center, Rama Public School Campous, Kedareswarapeta, Vijayawada-3, Center/College No.827, A.P.

I got Course Completion Certificate (CCC) from the University on Dt:[protected] with the help of that certificate I applied for ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE with required fee amount in D.D. dated[protected] and filled by required application (Application Form for obtaining Degree Certificate). Since then I am not received my ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE from you. So, I request you Sir, please issue the certificate early. I enclose herewith all the necessary documents and previously submitted papers scanning copies in support of my claim.

I too am waiting for my degree certificate since a long long time and have logged a grievance last week.
I feel that the more no of people logging degrees more it will come to attention of the government.

Sir my enrolment no. Is 14CS[protected] please confirm my study centre, I was taken admission in BA social science in the year 2014 at Vadodara Gujarat, and in 2015 I have applied for change of study centre, but till today I have not received any confirmation of change of my study centre..
