I have applied for the provisional/convocation certificate (Ba
English - non semester) on 31st oct 2018. My details are below and i have made the necessary payment and attached all the requested documents over three months ago. I was told to re-submit everything after 2 months of the initial request and have had no update in spite of regular follow ups.
