Dear sir I have completed B Com BC and HRD in November 2016 from MKU Bangalore centre. My Register No is 13A4670048, I have received my consolidated Marks sheet and course completion certificate. Subsequently i have applied for PDC in october 2016 with prescribed fee (DD FROM CORPORATION BANK). I am desperate to get provisional certificate as my promotion is pending in central govt for want of certificate.
