Sir i have cleared upsc capf written exam.. Result declared yesterday
I need provisional degree to appear in physical test.. I have sent online fee n all documents to university but it came back n said i have to attach cc certificate
Sir i m in desperate need of atleast provisional certificate in next one week maximum.. Plastic hepl me sir
