Ive never faced such a stupid booking experience with madurai meenakshi travels. Had booked a bus in day service (morning 5 AM) from chennai to madurai on feb-2-2017 but unexpectedly getting call on a previous day eve (7pm feb-2-2017) saying that their bus AC is repair so they are not gonna operate bus.such a cool answering by the bus management. Even though i read very bad experience by other people who travelled previously in google with no other go since it was a only travels operating at early morning i went for it. So please whomever wanna travel peacefully dont go for "Madurai meenakshi travels"
