Maf Clothing — amount not received from atm

I would like to inform you that, dated 03.09.2018, i was with drawn some amount from atm (Bsa collage mathura, up) at the time of 11:05 but no amount is not recd. From atm and also txn slip by me. But two txn rs. 6000 was debited my account. I have already submit my complain to bank manager on 03.09.2018 but till date i have not received, any positive result from obc.
