Defective clothing

I have purchased 3 suitings for pants worth Rs.1740. on 11th march 2014.out of 3 suitings 1 suiting-- BLACK 350 Rs meter. purchased at 420 Rs.after steeching the same with 350 Rs, I washed it once then ironed..
i show different kind of spots at different places on my pant...

After encountering this problem, i went 3 to 4 times to Mafatlal's show room at Dr. Yagnnik Road, Rajkot...
i was told that concerned...
