Magic Holidays — fraud by magic holidays

I paid Rs 76000/- against travel scheme for 5 years to Magic Holidays vide agreement number 624841on 8th April 2018 through credit card and till date I have not got any kit from them nor got any membership their phone calls are now not answered and their staff says they have also been cheated by the company. What should I do to recover my paid amount

Updated by anuragch123 I paid Rs 76000/- to Magic Holidays vide form number 624841 on 08th April 2018 through credit card till date I have not got any kit nor any membership, their phone numbers given on site are going un unanswered and their staff who have sold us product say they have been cheated by the company.. what to do..

All United 21 properties are on sale. Magic Holiday just cheating the clients and hideing the truth by sending the mail due to technical problem they are unable to book holiday. In actual magic Holiday has now dont have own property and not sure about tieup property.

Please provide your contact number, will need to fight with them.

I got a membership for 3 years by paying 36000. This being the third year, my membership would expire in July. I m chasing them for reservations from last 2 months but they are not replying back on mails. I have sent 50 reminders but all in vain. I have asked them to refund the money but again no answer.
