On 02/07/13, i was forced to enrolled in panoramic group ltd (Magic holidays) and accordingly i paid rs.27585/- during an illusion environment created by magic holidays on 2/7/13. I had paid rs. 27585/- by credit card which i later paid in installments to the bank. After some days, when i came out of the illusion so created by magic holidays members, i realized that being a common middle class man, i cannot afford such types of holiday packages. So accordingly, i asked the company to cancel my membership and refund me my amount. But after making so many email requests and telephonic calls, the company refused to cancel my membership and on one fine day of 02/01/2014, no refund is there till now.

Updated by रश On 24/06/17, I was forced to enrolled in Panoramic Group Ltd (Magic Holidays) and accordingly I paid Rs.50183/- during an illusion environment created by Magic Holidays on 24/6/16. I had paid Rs. 50183/- by debit card which I later paid in Installments to the bank. After some time same day, when I came out of the illusion so created by Magic Holidays Members, I realized that being a common middle-class man, I cannot afford such types of holiday packages. So accordingly, I asked the company to cancel my membership and refund me my amount. But after making so many email requests and telephonic calls, the company refused to cancel my membership. No refund is there till now. I filed the case and got the decision in favor of me. but the companies offices are closed at their locations.
