Dear sir/madam, i had posted commercial office space id: 25992277 for rent, on oct 19, '17 and made payment of rs. 2750 gold package vide invoice number:11813811 on 21/10/2017. However, the property id: 25992277 continued to in the restricted free/unpaid mode and now is shows to have expired. Since my property remained in the free/restricted mode in spite of the payment made by invoice number: 11813811. I have not received the benefit of the service i had paid for. Therefore, please arrange to either activate my property under the gold package for a period of three months or alternately refund the amount paid for the listing of commercial office space under id: 25992277. I have also posted commercial shop id: 30889037 on nov 27, '17 under the bronze package and made payment of rs. 1500 vide invoice number:12005799 on 27/11/2017. However, i am unable to refresh the property as it say the property is in restricted mode. Please treat the matter as urgent and arrange to resolve the matte

2. The only package in the list provided in the pop-up is the restricted package and the property the property still cannot be refreshed. Please note as the result of this i lost months of valuable time for renting out my property. Was posted on 28/12/2017 08:45:05 am
