Magicpin — unable to purchase vouchers and also money deducted from account is not getting refunded | |||
Magicpin - [protected]@gmail.com I've tried to make purchase of vouchers using the magicpin points earned and paytm. Amount and points both got deducted from my account but the transaction failed everytime i tried. However, i requested for refund of money but that is yet not refunded to me. Incident date - 11th nov 2018. I had raised several requests however there is no way to talk to the customer care and i'm just getting the mail with status query closed without resolution.
