The meter is not faulty since the status mentioned in the June 2019 bill is not correct. The units captured on 24 May 2019 is 6230 and then also as mentioned in the bill on 24 June 2019 is is also 6230. The photo is missing from the bill. It means proper reading was not captured and an average reading was submitted. I need a refund of the amount paid for June 2019 bill. The status of meter has to be corrected to Normal and proper reading has to be collected by the meter reader.
