Pure latur me aisha hora hai load setting nahi bolkar bhi light band kar rahe hai summer timing hai logo ko light ki jarurat hoti hai aisha light band karna achi baat nahi hai

From Jan 2018 the meter status is faulty but still they are charging me 570 rupees with no reason.
i have complained 3-4 times still no action from there side.
