Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — ask them to not disconnect my connection | |||
As i had complaint regarding my faulty meter and the issue is still pending, i haven't received any resolution on it. Mean while the msedcl people may try to disconnect my connection. So i request you to ask then to do not disconnect my connection as the issue is still pending. Because after disconnecting they will charge me unnecessary reconnection charge of rs. 5000. I am ready to pay my bill as i am regularly paying it but it should be as per my consumption. If they will give me the bill as per my consumption i am ready to pay it now. I am getting 140 to 150 units per month regularly which is still higher as per my consumption. So i am ready to pay it if it is as per my consumption. After paying this bill i should be getting the proper reading as per my consumption so ask them to change that faulty meter. This is not only my complain, this issue is faced by all the consumer who got changed their meter with digital one. So ask them to change the whole meter with the old analog meter. Thanking you.
