Msedcl - consumer[protected] bu 4141 Change bill name from padu nama gharat to tulshiram padu gharat. Because my father die thats why i want to change his name which is registered for electricity bill. Please solved it. And also i didnt get the electicity bill last month (Octomber) at my home.
