Our Complaint No.2650944 dtd.25.06.20, 2680793 dtd.31.07.20 & 2704023 dtd.06.09.2020 yet not considered by MSEDCL. so please look into it very very seriously. we have recd electricity for july-2020 is very very high for Rs.3420 .is un-affordable for residential consumer .we always get the bill on an average range of Rs .500 to 1200 .we have recd bill three to four times higher than regular bill. Please look into it as per attached bill copy in image.for consumer no.[protected] for billing no.4160 This is very serious matter for high energy bill which we have already to you but there is no solution since last month but very surprise to get high energy bill. my cell no.[protected] & E-mail I.D. Dec 29, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved i have lodge the complaint in writing on dtd 4th Nov, 2020 but till date there is no feedback .
now the residential consumer bill liability is shown as Rs.6950/- where the is no adjustment for Excess amount paid During Covid-19 period higher erergy bill | |||
