Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — in spite of two online complaints and one written application, false charges are being incurred in lieu of a faulty meter. | |||||
Consumer id:[protected] District: 4636 sanghvi division Our meter didn't work for quite a few months and the actual unit consumption wasn't shown. For the month of november, the meter was completely not working and in spite of all this, a previous unit usage was shown as our energy consumption for 5 consecutive months giving us a bill of 2290 per month. We made two online complaints and get not receive any follow up and when we finally filed a written complaint, they still did not fix the meter immediately. Instead they cut off the power supply after failure of payment of a single month and force us to pay the big sum of money just to register our complaint. Our usage during the later half of the year is always worth 500 to 1000 rs. The occupants of the house are two female students and it is extremely hard for us to take out time and go through this ordeal time and again just for the executives at msedcl to not take us seriously. We have had to spend a lot when it isn't our fault and we deserve a refund for all the money that they have falsely accumulated from us. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Major part of outstanding amount is due to excessive amount charged by considering connected load of 20.01 KW instead of 3.00 KW the consumer is a shop having 210 square feet area.Since July 2018 we are following the matter on regular basis but awaiting for full correction. we are ready to pay correct amount of due immediately.
