Respected sir, I am archit momaya, consumer no:[protected]. I paid bill with amount 2210. From my kotak bank account. My account got debited. But error came transaction failed from mseb app. With bank reference number:[protected]. Sir, In my small house there are 3 fans and one refrigerator and I get bill of more than 2400. Why you are giving the wrong bill to us.
My consumer number is[protected].I have paid the outstanding bill which was paid today and now they are asking for reconnection charges. First of all I hv not received any notice or call for disconnection. why should I pay the disconnection charges.
