Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — High bill charged and no action even after complaining several times from past 5 month

Dear Sir,

Myself Pankaj Prajapati a MSEB consumer of Achole unit - 4867. My consumer no. Is[protected]. This mail is regarding to no action taken regarding to wrong bill posted and frequent meter complaints since 5-6 months.

Till now I have done several complaints from by presonally visiting to Achole office regarding my high bill charges and meter status showing RNT as well as I have done online complaints, my complaint no. are 4807018 which I did in September16 and because of no reply again a new complaint was loged no. Is 5326917 but neither the achole office nor online cosumer care soughted out the problem which I am facing since past 5-6 months.
Here in the office of Achole without giving any solution they just ask the consumer to pay the bill of half the amount written on the light bill charged. And when I ask them why should I pay such a huge amount then the reply given is next month when new bill will generat my balance amount will be credited in the bill. But till now nothing has been credited and instead again a new high bill is charged.

My Last months bill February17 i got was without bill unit consumed and the bill charged was of 4430/- on the otherhand I received a message from MSEB that my unit consumption was 2 units i.e my reading was from 6812 to 6814. When I complained about the same my bill was reduced to 2000 and when I questioned why should I pay such a huge bill for 2 units the answer was same as always, they asked me to pay the amount and told me that in next months bill it will be credited. Now this month again I have been charged a bill of 2460/- and the meter status is RNT.
So, I kindly request you to take the necessary step and bring me out of this miserable situation as now I dont have any trust on these achole unit officials and secondly whenever I ask these people to give an appointment to meet with Mr. Bharti the Achole unit head. Everytime the answer is he is busy come tommrow and when I ask them to change my meter if it is not working properly then the reply is we dont have new meters and we are out of stock from past many days.
So, I beg to you people being a government servant to resolve my problem as soon as possible as here the officials are bunch of frauds and not doing their work genuinely. They generally disconnect the meter within a month if bill is not paid and at the same time if I complaint about the high bill the answer is you will have to pay it or else we will disconnect the meter. This is absolutely dicatorship.
