Repaired 1phase of my neighbour and they did the wrong wiring of my house giving the neutral phase connection, I had made an complaint regarding this on Saturday but they didn't turn up it's being two times I have visited their office but they haven't fixed the issue

Light is never provided daily. There is a huge power cut. Customers are taken lightly. No complaint is registered. Rude behaviour of the service providers. Whole area goes in darkness for 24 and sometimes to 48 hours continuosly. No valid reason provided for any power cut. No bills provided to the customers.
