Dear Sir,
It's noticed from about 6 month the MSEB forwarding improper & high electricity billing which is not observed previously from many years. Even after sending the meter reading the billing is improper
& unnecessary, which is a mental agony & harassment to me in this pandemic situation.
It is expected that in this pandemic situation where everyone suffering economically & financially. But MSEB instead of giving relief to the people sending improper billing which is not accepted.
Please find the snap attached, for 66 units from your end sending the billing of Rs/-1250 which is not acceptable. So forward the correct bill as soon as possible so that I can pay the proper billing amount.
Otherwise only MSEB is responsible for my pending billing amount.
We have no extra money to spend for wrong billing from MSEB side. It is expected, soon I will receive the correct billing & with the revert for the same. it is consider, such thing will not repeated again in future also.
